Who we are
This website is run by MMT Performance Ltd (company number 11594300, VAT GB 351 981 679), Unit 1, 659–663 Nuthall Road, Nottingham, NG8 6AF. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions: sales@mmtperformance.co.uk.
What we keep and why
- Bookings: your name, phone or email, your vehicle and registration and what you asked for, to arrange and carry out the work (contract).
- Orders: name, addresses, phone, email and what you bought, to deliver and invoice it (contract, legal obligation to keep accounts).
- Registration lookups: the plate you type is sent to our vehicle data provider to find your car; we keep the answer for 30 days to avoid asking again.
- Newsletter: your email, only if you ticked the box (consent, withdraw any time).
- Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, to answer you.
Who sees it
Our team; the companies that run this website’s server, email and payments for us; our vehicle data provider for lookups; couriers for deliveries. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices for six years (tax law). Booking requests for two years after the work. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and to take it elsewhere. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
